Manager Tools

Our short series equips managers to manage conflict, empower others, give constructive feedback, and motivate teams through change. Using Everything DiSC® WorkSmart™, we help managers build the rhythm and trust that lead to sustained team performance.
Team Development
Our Everything DiSC® Workplace team sessions help members understand themselves and others, enabling them to collaborate more easily and confidently. Through engaging, music-infused team sessions, participants discover how their differences create harmony instead of conflict. By the end of the 3.5-hour training, participants gain insights and access to the web-based Catalyst tool, which they can revisit regularly.

Bio
For 30+ years, Todd has been a valuable resource for those seeking to develop their talents and passions. Starting as an instructor and athlete in adventure recreation, he helped people redefine their abilities outdoors. Later, Todd excelled in higher education and collegiate recreation leadership roles, turning organizations into award-winners. He is recognized for leadership roles in NIRSA - Leaders In Collegiate Recreation and The Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education.
Todd's philosophy centers on navigating and negotiating success while moving forward. He acknowledges that being "pretty damn good" provides more resources to create excellence. Above all, he values creating inclusive settings for collective success and support that extend beyond project timelines.
